How do I shop?
Click on any category/product you want to order, click “show details” or “add to cart”, you can continuously add various items to your shopping cart, when you are through, click on shopping cart on the top right hand side of the page and click checkout. You will be directed to register or login, choose from the payment options and then confirm your order.

When is my order delivered?
Orders can be delivered same day for orders received by 3pm if delivery slots are available for that day. If not, orders will be delivered next day or a more convenient day for you.
What payment mode do you accept?
Payment via paypal.
Payment via debit or credit card.
Payment on Delivery.
How do i know my order has been confirmed?
A confirmation email will be sent to you. Detailing all that you ordered. A deliver note will be given on deliver .Please make a note of the order number which you will need incase you need to contact us regarding your order.
What hours do you deliver?
We deliver between the hours of 1pm-6pm Monday-Saturday.
What if I’m not in when you deliver?
If no one is available to accept and sign for your delivery, a card will be left by our driver asking you to contact Afro-Caribbean place Customer Sales & Support at your earliest convenience to arrange an alternative delivery time. You will be charged for the subsequent delivery. If you fail to rearrange delivery, your order will be cancelled.
Do you make delivery outside Newcastle and Sunderland?
Not yet but we deliver up to 20miles within these towns. Arrangement can be made if you live
within 20-25miles from SR4 7AF please contact us to arrange your delivery.
What if I am not happy with my shopping?
Please alert the delivery personnel and also fill the form on the contact us page. If we have substituted any items in your order that you are not satisfied with, our delivery driver will take them away and ensure that your account is credited accordingly.
How will my groceries be delivered?
All your shopping will be carefully packed into separate and easily identifiable bags (depending on whether they are dry, chilled or frozen items), and put into protective crates. Your groceries will then be delivered in special chilled vans with freezer boxes to ensure that your chilled foods arrive chilled, your frozen foods arrive frozen and your dry goods also arrive in perfect condition.
Replacements and substitutes
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock. However, if an item you require is not available, you can request a similar substitute product. If a substitution is made, you will always be charged the lower of the two prices (excluding weighed items), but if it’s not what you want you can refuse it. You can set your substitution preferences globally, that is for all the items in your trolley. Or you can set them for individual items as you shop
